Is this a one-time purchase or a subscription?
Subscription, $29.99 a month. Cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Access continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, at our discretion. Trial access is offered through redemption links given out for specific communities or evaluation periods. A valid payment method is required at signup, no charge is made during the trial, and you receive at least one reminder email before any charge. Cancel anytime from your account before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. If you've received a trial link, just follow it. If you haven't, subscribe at the regular price and contact limbo@quantchartsllc.com if you have a special evaluation need.
What platforms are supported?
Windows 10 and 11, x64. The Rust engine is portable and macOS / Linux builds are on the longer roadmap, but no dates promised.
Who is the merchant of record?
Lemon Squeezy, LLC processes the transaction and is the merchant of record. Quant Charts LLC is the licensor of the software. LemonSqueezy handles tax (sales tax, VAT, GST) and PCI compliance.
Can I get a refund?
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy. Subscription fees are non-refundable except in limited circumstances (duplicate charge, unauthorized use, confirmed material defect). Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.
Will the price change?
If the price changes, existing subscribers get at least 30 days notice by email before it takes effect. Where commercially reasonable, you keep your existing price for the duration of your continuous subscription.
