QUANT CHARTS LLC RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This Return and Refund Policy (this "Policy") describes when and how Quant Charts LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), will consider refund requests for Subscriptions purchased through quantchartsllc.com. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.
1. SUMMARY
All sales are final. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances described in Section 4 below and except where otherwise required by applicable law.
2. NATURE OF THE PRODUCT
The Quant Charts desktop application is licensed software delivered electronically, with immediate access to proprietary analysis and backtesting tooling. Your license activates on first sign-in, and the value of the Subscription has been delivered at that point. Once delivered, the Software cannot practically be returned.
3. CANCELLATION IS NOT A REFUND
You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account dashboard at quantchartsllc.com/account, which routes to the customer portal operated by LemonSqueezy. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal; your access continues through the end of the Billing Period you have already paid for. No prorated refund will be issued for any unused portion of a Billing Period.
4. LIMITED EXCEPTIONS
We will consider refund requests, in our sole discretion, only in the following circumstances:
4.1 a duplicate charge caused by a payment-processor error;
4.2 documented unauthorized use of your payment method, supported by evidence reasonable under the circumstances (for example, a written dispute filed with your card issuer or a law-enforcement report); or
4.3 a confirmed material defect in the Software that prevents substantially all core functionality for more than seven (7) consecutive days and that we are unable to resolve following a good-faith support exchange initiated through the contact described in Section 6.
Approval of a refund request in any of the foregoing circumstances does not constitute a waiver of, or a precedent for, future requests.
5. CIRCUMSTANCES THAT DO NOT QUALIFY
For the avoidance of doubt, the following circumstances do not qualify for a refund:
5.1 dissatisfaction with backtest results, strategy performance, signal outputs, or trading outcomes;
5.2 failure to cancel your Subscription before the renewal date;
5.3 change of mind or lack of use;
5.4 inability to configure or operate the Software consistent with its Documentation, absent a confirmed material defect under Section 4.3;
5.5 loss of access arising from termination of your Account or Subscription for breach of the EULA or the Terms of Service; or
5.6 changes to market conditions, data availability, or third-party services outside our reasonable control.
6. HOW TO REQUEST CONSIDERATION
To request that we consider a refund, send an email to limbo@quantchartsllc.com with the following information:
6.1 your LemonSqueezy order identifier (provided in your purchase receipt) or your account email;
6.2 the email address associated with your Account;
6.3 the date of the charge you are asking us to review; and
6.4 a clear description of the circumstances on which your request is based, together with any supporting documentation.
We will acknowledge your request within five (5) business days and provide a written decision as promptly as the circumstances allow.
7. CHARGEBACKS
You agree to contact us under Section 6 before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. Initiating a chargeback without first giving us a reasonable opportunity to address the matter may be treated as a material breach of the Terms of Service and may result in suspension or termination of your Account, termination of your license, and recovery of the costs we incur in responding to the chargeback.
8. STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable refund, cancellation, or cooling-off right that may be available to you under applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
9. PAYMENT-PROCESSOR TERMS
LemonSqueezy's own payment-processor policies apply to your purchase in addition to this Policy and may provide additional avenues for resolution in limited circumstances. You should review LemonSqueezy's terms to understand the remedies available to you there.
10. DISCRETIONARY REFUNDS
Notwithstanding Section 1 (All sales are final) and Section 3 (Cancellation is not a refund), Company may, in its sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, issue a full or prorated refund where Company concludes that doing so is appropriate under the circumstances. A prorated refund will be calculated as the unused fraction of the then-current Billing Period, rounded to the nearest day. The offer, denial, or amount of any discretionary refund is at Company's sole discretion and is not subject to appeal. Acceptance of a discretionary refund does not constitute a waiver of any of Company's rights under these Terms, the EULA, or applicable law, and does not establish a precedent for the consideration of future requests.
11. RIGHT TO REFUSE SALE; REVOCATION OF PROMOTIONAL GRANTS
Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to (a) refuse any purchase, Subscription, or trial application; (b) cancel any active Subscription before its next scheduled renewal; or (c) revoke any free trial, promotional grant, or complimentary access period. Where Company cancels an active paid Subscription mid-period for reasons other than the Customer's material breach of these Terms or the EULA, Company will refund a prorated portion of the then-current Billing Period calculated under Section 10. Where Company refuses a purchase or revokes a trial for reasons including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, sanctions screening, abusive chargeback history, or the closing of the program under which a grant was offered, no refund is owed.
